History

Delivered to North Eton Mill in 1952 and in service as "No. 7".  It was the last ever steam locomotive built by Perry Engineering.  Most likely withdrawn from service in the late 1960's due to dieselisation of the fleet. It was last used in active service in 1965 but were retained in good order till they were sold.

 

This loco was sold to Keith Duncan in the Megalong Valley in New South Wales along with North Eton "No.6" and both arrived in March 1972.

 

It was purchased by the Lake Macquarie Light Railway in Toronto, New South Wales in 2001. It was restored to running condition in 2004.
