History

A loco was in use in 1891 and it is assumed it was not a Dick Kerr.  If constructed locally it would most likely have come from Robertson's Victoria Foundry.  A locomotive was advertised for sale by Wilson, Hart & Co, Mackay in 1894, following the delivery of the Dick Kerr locos to Farleigh.
